Connecting with Nature for Better Health

Earthing (or grounding) is the simple practice of walking barefoot on grass, sand or soil to connect with the earth's natural energy. Research suggests that direct contact with the Earth can help reduce inflammation, improve sleep, lower stress and enhance overall well-being. By balancing the body's electrical charge, earthing may also support heart health and boost immunity.

If you can spend a few minutes each day barefoor outdoors, your body and mind will thank you! Of course that is not practical for everyone depending where we live and due to inclement weather conditions. If you can't always be outside, that's where products like grounding mats and Earthing Sheets come in.

Earthing during sleep provides the body with multiple hours of uninterrupted Earthing, at a time where we naturally undergo the most healing and regeneration. This may help with better sleep, reduced pain and improved energy levels.
