Our prices are in British Pounds Sterling. The prices shown on our websites include the current rate of VAT.
We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please allow an approximate delivery time of 3 to 5 working days for busy periods.

It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address is entered and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we will not issue a refund or send replacement goods. If your package is returned to us should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact us immediately.
Items returned due to non delivery
If an order is returned to us as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer's refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by delivery companies, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a refund for the goods less all costs incurred.
We or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle. This includes, though not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), trees, shrubs, steeply inclined driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, security gates, security doors, or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to get access to the point of delivery. We will not accept any claims for compensation, arrising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/canceled due to these restrictions the customer is liable for all carriage charges and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you change your mind, you can return items within 30 days** providing they are unused and still in their original packaging. To begin the returns/exchange process, please e-mail email@example.com to request return instructions. We will email you back with the return address which may be different to the address on your delivery note/invoice.
**Some products may have a longer return time, this will be stated on the return tab on the product page.
Customers are responsible for paying the return unless the items are damaged or faulty.
The outgoing shipping cost is non-refundable unless the items are damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund: If items are returned beyond the 30 day deadline; if items are returned without authorisation; if items are returned used or in an unsaleable condition; if items have been used inappropriately, abused or mistreated.
We reserve the right to charge shipping for re-delivery of orders.
Our returns policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Damage in Transit
If items arrive damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier if possible. Please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide images of: The damaged item, the outer box/packaging, the internal packaging. Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed. We are sorry but we cannot process claims for damage without photographic evidence.
Unless we have informed you of a delay, your order should arrive within 5 working days. If it does not arrive, or if an item is missing, please email email@example.com as soon as possible within 14 days from date of order. We will carry out an investigation with the courier and arrange for a re-delivery, replacement or refund. We are sorry but we cannot accept claims for non delivery after 14 days. We also reserve the right not to replace or refund if courier calling cards, emails or SMS have been ignored, and we may charge for re-delivery.
We aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated throughout the process by email.
We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without notice. Whilst every effort is made to provide up to date and accurate product information we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on the website or printed material.
Product guarantees are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms of warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse goods that have been used inappropriately, abused or mistreated. Please notify us in writing if there is a problem with a product within the guarantee period. Please provide a proof of purchase, product guarantees are only valid for the original buyer, they do not apply for goods passed on to third parties.
We have taken precautions to ensure that this website is virus-free, we accept no liability for viruses as a result of using this website.
Stock availability is not tracked on the website. If you order goods that are not in stock we will email you giving you the option to wait for the goods to be available or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel you will receive a full refund.
If a price is erroneous on the website we reserve the right to ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order, or notify you that we have cancelled the order for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply goods at incorrect prices.
Whilst we supply products that are acknowledged and endorsed by medical professionals, we make no claim that any products will prevent or cure any specific condition or ailment.
