Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string:
Wrap it snugly around your wrist (not tight, not loose).
Mark the point where it overlaps & measure the length.
Select the size that most closely matches your wrist measurement:

  • Medium: 16–18 cm (6.3″–7.1″)
  • Large: 18–20 cm (7.1″–7.9″)
  • X-Large: Over 20 cm (7.9″+)

Fitness preference:

Prefer a snug performance fit → choose your exact measurement range
