About Nano Silica

Nano Silica is a liquid food supplement that provides silica (SiO2) as ultra-small clusters suspended in purified water. Silicon is a trace mineral that occurs naturally in the diet, in foods such as oats, wholegrains and leafy greens, and in the body.

Because the particles are so small and are already suspended in water, they are designed to be absorbed through the lining of the mouth rather than needing to be broken down by digestion first. This is why a short hold in the mouth before swallowing is recommended.
