How to use

  1. Lay out your FLOE Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface (bed, sofa, or yoga mat).
  2. Plug in and preheat to your desired temperature (25°C–80°C).
  3. Wear light, breathable clothing or a towel for comfort.
