Manufacturer's Recommendations
Take 1 tsp (5ml) daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Liposomal Vitamin C can be taken any time of day on an empty stomach or between meals.
Can be mixed with filtered water or juice to dilute.
NOTES: The recommended dosage for Liposomal Vitamin C is 2000m daily for adults (men and women). Children between ages 1 and 3 can tolerate up to 400 mg, above 3 to 8 years can take up to 650 mg, 13 years up to 1200mg.
Even with these guidelines Vitamin C works best taken across the day in 2 or 3 servings. ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) delivers 500mg Vitamin C.
